Members Encouraged to Showcase Products During Annual SausageFest Competition

The annual SausageFest competition will take place at the Meat Industry Summit, April 5, 2017, at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, California. The event will feature sausage and other ready-to-eat (RTE) products. A maximum of 10 vendors are eligible to compete for the “Hold the Mustard” Award, which will be given to one select sausage or RTE product as determined by attendees in a blind taste. Entry is complimentary and open to all NAMI members that produce sausage or other RTE products, and that are registered for the Summit.
