FSIS to Hold Public Meeting on HACCP Validation

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) will hold a public meeting to review updated guidance for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems validation. The guidance was made available in the May 29 Federal Register. The public meeting will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Patriots Plaza III, First Floor Auditorium, 355 E Street, SW, Washington, D.C. Due to increased security measures, everyone wishing to attend must RSVP in advance. An agenda for the meeting is available here, and preregistration can be done here. Those interested in making a public comment during the teleconference may indicate so on the registration form.
