FSIS Issues Notice on Salmonella Sampling of Low Production Volume Raw Ground Beef Establishments

USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service issued Notice 19-13 which reissues instructions in FSIS Notice 25-11.  The purpose of the notice is to direct inspection personnel about how to submit samples for Salmonella and E. coli O157:H7 testing for establishments producing low volumes of raw ground beef.
