Exhibit Spaces Available For AMC Tech Fair and Product Tasting Reception

Exhibition spaces are still available for the popular Product Tasting Reception and Innovative Technology Solutions Exhibit Luncheon, to be featured at the 2013 Annual Meat Conference (AMC), February 24-26, 2013, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, Nashville, Tennessee.

The Innovative Technology Solutions Exhibit Luncheon will be held Monday, February 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with dedicated time for exhibits from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and lunch to follow. Before the meal, attendees can visit booths displaying the latest products and services, including equipment, packaging, and labeling and ingredient technology located in the perimeter of the convention center.  There will be more than 15 exhibits at this year’s luncheon.

The Product Tasting Reception is slated for Monday, February 25, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and will showcase some of the most innovative and new meat and poultry products in the retail market.  The exhibit floor will include more than 35 companies who will make their products available to the retail community in a “feast of food tastes.”  This year’s reception is shaping up to be AMC’s largest event ever.
