AMI Expo Announces Meat Tech Sessions

The 2012 AMI Expo, to be held May 1-3 at the Dallas Convention Center, will feature an impressive lineup of Meat Tech sessions. These exhibitor-driven sessions, held from 1 to 4 p.m. in a classroom on the show floor (Booth #1625), will provide opportunities to learn about the latest technologies, discover new solutions and uncover emerging trends.

The AMI Expo will be co-located with FMI2012, sponsored by Food Marketing Institute (FMI), the U.S. Food Export Showcase sponsored by the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) and United Fresh 2012, sponsored by United Fresh Produce Association (UFPA).
