AMI Expo 2012 has added a new session to its education lineup that will tackle the important and timely topic of non-O157 STEC testing.
“Understanding the Dynamics of non-O157 STEC Testing” will provide background and education on the key technical considerations and microbiological dynamics associated with current non-O157 STEC testing systems as it relates to the practical application of test results. The session will be led by Wendy Warren, Ph.D., vice president of government and regulatory Affairs, AEGIS Food Testing Laboratories.
