Center of the Plate II: Cuts Culinary Course Earlybird Deadline Today

Today is the early registration deadline for the Center of the Plate II: Cuts to Culinary Course, to be held March 27-28 at Kendall College in downtown Chicago.


The course, co-sponsored by AMI, will demonstrate innovative meat preparation and cooking techniques, answer questions about animal agriculture and animal welfare, explain meat product labeling and claims, discuss the various factors that affect meat quality, and give foodservice professionals tips on writing specifications and communicating with customers and chefs. The course includes information on wine and beer pairing and will feature sampling of the demonstrated recipes and pairings.
