(American Meat Institute)
The 2012 AMI Meat, Poultry & Seafood Industry Convention and Exposition, a promotional partner with the International Dairy Show, will be exhibiting at the show September 19-21, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
AMI staff will be available onsite in booth 1650 throughout the show to promote the upcoming convention and answer questions about the AMI Expo, the new developments with the show and other AMI member interests. This is just one of a dozen promotional trips AMI makes every year to promote AMI Expo. At the end of September, AMI will be participating in the PackExpo in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The AMI Expo will be held May 1-3, 2012 at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas, Texas. The show will be co-located with FMI2012, sponsored by Food Marketing Institute (FMI), United Fresh 2012, sponsored by United Fresh Produce Association (UFPA) and the U.S. Food Export Showcase sponsored by the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA).
The co-location is a new endeavor for AMI, FMI, NASDA and UFPA, and is expected to attract more than 25,000 total attendees and 1,200 exhibits that cover more than 1,000,000 square feet. Every attendee can register for one badge and have access to all the trade shows floors. AMI attendees will receive a comprehensive education package as well as an opportunity to purchase tickets to attend additional education offered through the co-sponsoring organizations.
