The latest edition of the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) Small Plant News, a quarterly newsletter written for small and very small establishments, is now available.
The edition includes an article on how to manage a chemical leak in a plant, as well as an article on Salmonella Serotypes.
The newsletter also includes answers to a number of common questions on topics such as retraining employees, record keeping and importation requirements.
