The American Meat Institute Foundation (AMIF) is partnering with the North American Meat Processors Association (NAMP) on its flagship Center of the Plate (COP) Training Course, to be held at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, May 3-5, 2011. AMI members will receive a discounted members-only registration fee.
