Detailed descriptions of all education sessions available to attendees of the AMI International Meat, Poultry and Seafood Industry Convention and Exposition, to be held April 13-16, 2011, at McCormick Place in Chicago, Ill., are now available on the AMI Expo website, at http://www.amiexpo.com/.  This interactive planner allows attendees to add sessions to their personal planner, make appointments with exhibitors and make sure they get the most out of their visit to Chicago.

Exclusive from the expo hours, the education component of the conference will feature technical sessions on key issues facing the industry, including: food safety, health and wellness, product development and consumer trends, sustainability and plant operations. There is no other meat poultry and seafood processing event in 2011 where processors can learn from leading industry experts about managing operations and preparing their companies for the future.

The official website of the AMI International Meat, Poultry and Seafood Industry Convention and Exposition, http://www.amiexpo.com/, also includes registration, hotel and travel information, detailed conference information and exhibitor lists. It also has resources for suppliers including information on how to exhibit and how to make the most of your experience at the show.
