USDA to Hold Meeting on Agenda Items for 32nd Session of Codex Alimentarius CommissionFriday, June 5, 2009

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is sponsoring a public meeting to provide information and receive public comments on agenda items and draft U.S. positions that will be discussed at the 32nd Session of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC), to be held in Rome, Italy, June 29-July 4, 2009.
The public meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 8, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Room 107-A, Jamie Whitten Federal Building, 1400 Independence Ave., SW, Washington, D.C. Attendees must present photo identification at the door.
Documents and agenda items related to the 32nd Session of CAC will be available at www.codexalimentarius.net/current.asp.
