AMIF's Listeria Workshop Will Be Held in Denver in March

The AMI Foundation is hosting the sixth Implementing Listeria Intervention and Control Workshop March 20-21 in Denver, CO.
The workshop will provide attendees with the current industry best practices regarding the control and monitoring of Listeria in the ready-to-eat meat processing environment. The workshop is taught exclusively by industry professionals with years of practical experience in developing and implementing Listeria control programs. This information is particularly useful in light of the pending finalization of USDA's proposed rule on ready-to-eat meat products.
Workshop attendance is limited to 60 participants to ensure each participant thoroughly understands how to implement a Listeria control program.
