Annual Meat Conference Sells Out Product Tasting Reception

Booths for AMI’s Annual Meat Conference’s Product Tasting Reception have sold out with a 20 percent increase in spaces sold over last year. This year’s Meat Conference, to be held April 21-23 at the Wyndham Anatole Hotel in Dallas, TX, will address the latest issues affecting the meat industry including marketing, merchandising and promotion, case ready, food safety and crisis management and more.
Others who would like to participate in the Product Tasting Reception are encouraged to put their names on a waiting list in case of a cancellation. Space is still available for supplier members who would like to participate in the Technology Fair luncheon. Also scheduled for the conference are Meat2Meet Business Meetings and store tours.
The conference is co-sponsored by AMI, Food Distributors International and the Food Marketing Institute. The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, National Pork Board, National Chicken Council and National Turkey Federation also serve as conference associates in supporting the event.
