FSIS Updates Three Notices, Including Residue Sampling and Livestock Blood Collection Verification.

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) last week updated three notices: Verification of Establishment Processes for Collecting Livestock Blood for Human Food2019 Yearend Closing Instructions and FSIS Residue Sampling of Domestic Egg Products. FSIS Notices are time sensitive materials issued to provide instruction in support of workplace policies, procedures and food safety regulations and expire one year from date of publication.
