Ag Committees Expected to Talk Trade.

On Tuesday, the House Agriculture Committee will hold a hearing to discuss the state of U.S. agricultural products in international markets. Individuals from the Trump Administration are expected to testify as witnesses. On Thursday the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry will hold a hearing to analyze certainty in global markets for the U.S. agriculture sector. The witnesses testifying are USDA Chief Economist Dr. Robert Johansson, USDA Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs Ted McKinney and United States Trade Representative Chief Agricultural Negotiator Gregg Doud.
