Meat Institute Announces Staff Liaisons for Three Committees

The Meat Institute has reorganized the staff liaison structure for its Food Safety and Inspection Affairs, Scientific Affairs and Animal Welfare Committees, assigning a single staff contact to each committee. The reorganization is designed to streamline communication and enhance coordination with members. Director of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Casey Gallimore will serve as the staff contact for the Food Safety and Inspection Affairs Committee, while Director of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs KatieRose McCullough, Ph.D., MPH will be the staff liaison for the Scientific Affairs Committee. Director of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Tiffany Lee, Ph.D., DVM will serve as the staff person for the Institute’s Animal Welfare Committee. Meat Institute members interested in joining one of the aforementioned committees should contact the assigned staff liaison.
