Recall Prevention and Planning to be Covered at Beef Safety Conference

Kerri Gehring, Ph.D., associate professor at Texas A&M University and president and CEO of the International HACCP Alliance, will lead a session and panel discussion examining strategic approaches to manage product recalls during the Meat Institute's Pathogen Control and Regulatory Compliance in Beef Processing Conference , September 5-6, 2018, in Rosemont, Illinois. The interactive panel discussion will review case studies and address questions and concerns around lotting, regulatory requirements and ways companies can protect their business and customers during product recalls.
