Meat Institute to Host Meat Counter at IPPE

The Meat Institute membership booth will once again feature its popular Meat Counter at the 2017 International Production and Processing Expo (IPPE), January 31-February 2, 2017, in Atlanta, Georgia. The Meat Counter provides an opportunity to showcase and serve Institute member products to more than 30,000 show attendees. NAMI members interested in donating products to the Meat Counter should contact either Jim Goldberg,jgoldberg@meatinstitute.org, or Robin Troy, rtroy@meatinstitute.org.

Suggested products include bacon, sausage and deli items, as well as products that are pre-cooked or that can be cooked or heated on an electric grill. Members that donate products are encouraged to supply 900-1,000 total samples. The Institute will accept donations from the first ten members willing to donate product. Companies and their products will be featured on in-booth signage and pre-show promotion materials.
