STOP Foodborne Illness to Host Food Safety Culture Webinar

STOP Foodborne Illness will conduct a one-hour webinar October 11, from 1 to 2 p.m. CT, titled "Food Safety Culture: We Know Why, Let's Talk About How.” The webinar will address the impact that leaders can have on employee behaviors that drive food safety. Featured speakers include CEO of STOP Foodborne Illness Deirdre Schlunegger; Frank Yiannas, vice president of food safety at Walmart; Michael Taylor, senior fellow at Freedman Consulting; and Steve Schluneger, principal at Intrinsic Leadership.
