FSIS to Post Aggregate Results for Chicken Parts and Comminuted Poultry Tested for Salmonella and CampylobacterThursday, August 25, 2016

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) today will publicly post aggregate sampling results relative to process control categories for establishments producing raw chicken parts and Not Ready-To-Eat comminuted poultry products. FSIS will also post aggregate sampling results for young chicken and turkey carcasses to supplement individual establishment category information. Aggregate data initially posted will include sampling results obtained since July 1, 2016, and will incorporate pre-verification data from exploratory sampling.
