Criminal Liability in the Food Industry Webinar Announced

The Meat Institute and the law firm Morgan Lewis will host a one-hour joint webinar on criminal liability in the food industry. The session will include a discussion of current trends and headlines, including recent felony and misdemeanor court rulings; an overview of controlling law, including availability of defenses; a review of investment guideline implications; and an examination of the process of investigation. The webinar, which will take place March 22, 2016, from 1 to 2 p.m. ET, will feature NAMI Senior Vice President of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs and General Counsel Mark Dopp, as well as Robert G.
