Achieving FSIS HACCP Validation Compliance Webinar Series Announced

(North American Meat Institute) The Meat Institute, the Foundation for Meat and Poultry Research and Education, the Beef Checkoff and the Pork Checkoff will jointly host a free webinar series entitled “Achieving FSIS HACCP Validation Compliance,” March 15 and 17, 2016. The webinars will provide practical information about how small and very small plants can meet new Food Safety and Inspection Service compliance guidelines for scientific support and in-plant validation, which take effect April 4, 2016. The speakers will assist personnel to identify the correct data to gather to support their system, and will help plants identify areas that need improvement prior to the April deadline.
