Beef Checkoff to Launch ‘Eat Better. Eat Veal.’ Promotion

NAMI, a contractor to the Beef Checkoff Program, in mid-January will launch the annual “Eat Better. Eat Veal.” retail promotion. This promotion is designed to support healthy eating in the new year. The marketing program is offered to supermarket chains across the U.S., and provides marketing support and materials that include on-pack recipe labels featuring healthy and nutritious veal dishes along with a sweepstakes where consumers can enter to win $500 of free groceries. This retail program has garnered tremendous support from both retailers and consumers. Similar programs earlier this year generated over 23 million media impressions among consumers.
