Tickets are available to attend the 2015 Meat Industry Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner scheduled to take place November 2 at the Fairmont Hotel in Washington, DC. The ceremony will be held prior to the Meat Institute’s Annual Meeting and Outlook Conference, and requires separate registration. This year’s inductees include Laurence Bettcher, former chairman and chief executive officer, Bettcher Industries, Inc.; William Buckner, president, Cargill Meat Solutions; Edward C. Jones (deceased), president, Jones Dairy Farm; James V. Lochner, former chief operating officer, Tyson Foods; C.W. (Bill) McMillan, assistant secretary of agriculture for marketing and transportation services, vice president for Washington affairs, National Cattlemen’s Association and co-founder, U.S. Meat Export Federation; Wolf Ludwig, founder, Wolf-tec and WTI; and Jo Ann Smith, president, National Cattlemen’s Association.
