CAMP Surpasses 60 Registrants; New Webinar Dates Announced

More than 60 individuals are now registered for the Meat Institute’s Communicators Advocating Meat and Poultry (CAMP) program, a grassroots effort aimed at increasing the meat and poultry industry’s communications with its customers and communities. NAMI also announced new CAMP webinar dates through August 2015, with information on fall sessions expected to be released in the next few months. These one-hour educational webinars train participants in social media, message development, interview techniques and public speaking, and offer strategies to effectively leverage these skills to engage media and communicate in civic or business settings. CAMP members are also able to access and use the numerous communications and educational resources NAMI produces.

The additional webinar dates are:

Social Media 101- June 25, 2015 at 1 p.m. ET

Social Media 202- June 30, 2015 at 11 a.m. ET

Mini Media Training- July 8, 2015 at 3 p.m. ET

Speaking to Kids/Speaking to the Community (now combined) - July 28, 2015 at 2 p.m. ET

Blogging 101- August 25, 2015 at 2 p.m. ET
