AMS Requests Nutrition, Allergen and Ingredient Information for USDA Child Nutrition Programs

The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS ) is requesting nutrition information, allergen declarations and ingredient statements for all direct-delivered products offered through its Child Nutrition Programs, including the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). The request is intended to help schools determine their purchasing plans for the 2015-2016 academic year. The documentation should be sent as an Excel, Word file or Adobe pdf by February 19 to cpdcconference@ams.usda.gov.
