The free registration deadline for the 2015 International Production and Processing Expo (IPPE), the world's largest annual meat, poultry and feed industry trade show, is December 31, 2014. All AMI and North American Meat Association (NAMA) packer and processor members are eligible to receive complimentary registration.
The 2015 Expo, scheduled from January 27-29, 2015, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, has exceeded a record-breaking 486,000 net square feet of exhibit space, and has secured more than 1,200 exhibitors. The Expo is expected to attract more than 28,000 industry professionals from more than 100 countries.
As the industry's flagship event, IPPE will highlight the latest technology, equipment and services used in the production and processing of meat, poultry and feed products, while providing numerous networking opportunities. The 2015 Expo features the largest offering of free meat-specific education sessions to-date, including: Pork 101 Workshop, Validation Workshop , Biosecurity: PEDv and Foot and Mouth Disease , among others. A beef plant tour is available for $99, offering attendees an inside view of food safety processes and worker safety initiatives in place at a beef processing plant.
For the first time, the Environmental Conference for the Meat and Poultry Industry will be co-located with IPPE. The conference, which costs $299 for registered IPPE attendees, will address key environmental issues, including resource conservation, greenhouse gas emissions and waste management.
Members of the newly merged North American Meat Institute (NAMI) can also attend the International Networking Reception on Tuesday, January 27, at the Georgia Aquarium, the world's largest aquarium.share on facebook share on twitter
