(American Meat Institute)

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) found that the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) was guilty of orchestrating intentional slowdowns at Port of Portland's container Terminal 6. The court found evidence that union workers intentionally slowed their pace between September 2012 and June 2013. It ordered ILWU Local 8 and Local 40 in Portland "to cease and desist from engaging in such unlawful secondary conduct."
