Each year the North American Meat Institute in conjunction with the Foundation for Meat & Poultry Research & Education, conducts a series of annual conferences and educational workshops to meet the needs of our membership, the meat industry and their retail and food service customers.
This includes annual education conferences, topical workshops, award programs, Board of Directors & committee meetings and an annual trade show. Every event is an opportunity for industry processors, suppliers and press to learn, network and take back valuable solutions for their company and professional development.
We are fully committed to the health and safety of everyone who attends our events. We are following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and state and local governments regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and will provide regular updates to all stakeholders as the situation warrants. If you have any questions regarding an upcoming event, please contact our meetings staff at email@example.com.

Join us to learn more about the data collected as part of the CRYOVAC® Brand 2022 National Meat Case Study. This study provides the meat industry with a comprehensive overview of the fresh meat retail case, and an opportunity to learn more about the latest trends in fresh meat from data gathered from top U.S. supermarkets. Case-ready has experienced tremendous growth over the last 20 years as labor issues have risen, with more stores relying heavily on case-ready packaging to keep their shelves fully stocked. Case-ready products have also grown to be widely accepted by consumers, and this acceptance has grown the demand for vacuum packaging as well. This webinar will provide an in-depth analysis of the results of the study, presented by Anne-Marie Roerink, Principal of 210 Analytics and author of the annual Power of Meat report.
